(3) Step-by-step time reduction in transport

 

Will become an epoch-making high speed operation service. As mentioned earlier, step-by-step implementation with examination is necessary. When the following points are considered, roughly 3-step implementations with more than 6 months for one step are necessary.

 

(a) To secure the safety and stability of the train running and the track

 

(b) To provide training for skilled train operators and other personnel for various transport services

 

(c) PR promotions and adaptation by inhabitants and passers along the railway and other related people

 

(4) Other related projects

 

The progress of the following relative projects will be grasped. Also, their relations will be considered to produce cooperative effects. And considering the influences of the various works in the line, an appropriate schedule of the time reduction project will be planned to minimize affected transport.

 

(a) Double tracking project

 

Effective utilization of transport capacity, Influence caused by works

 

(b) Track elevation work in Bangkok

 

Before or after the track elevation, Relation to the new commuter railway

 

(c) Remove and improvement of the Makkasang work shop
